PROPERTY consultant and estate agent Carter Jonas has appointed to work alongside the landlords of The Valley to drive the next phase of the shopping destination’s development.
The retail and leisure site at Twyford sits in a 115-acre country park and features the 40,000 sq ft Blue Diamond Garden Centre, along with 30 retail units.
Formerly known as Evesham Country Park, the development has evolved into a blend of retail and leisure, offering attractions such as Adventure Golf, Aerial Adventure, a miniature Steam Railway, Splash Pad, and scenic walking trails.
With 570 free parking spaces and over 500 coach visits annually, the retail destination attracts 1.5million visitors a year.

To support its next phase of growth, the Bristol office of Carter Jonas has been appointed to work alongside landlord Eagle One to unlock new opportunities for retailers to join a line-up that already includes Fat Face, ProCook, Quba, Weird Fish, Crew, Barbour, Cotton Traders, Coffee#1, Regatta, and Saltrock.
