POLICE are trying to trace a driver after a car hit a 12-year-old girl in Evesham.
The collision, involving the dark coloured car, happened around 3.20pm on December 1 at the junction of Evesham High Street and St Mary’s Road.
The driver, who was a black woman, initially stopped to check if the girl was okay but then left the area and continued along St Mary’s Road.
Thankfully, the girl did not sustain serious injuries.
Police have appealed to anyone who witnessed the collision and drivers who may have dash cam footage around the time it happened to email PC Holly Newton at [email protected] to pass on the details or footage.
