Pledge to help four legged friends

Evesham Editorial 4th Dec, 2014 Updated: 20th Oct, 2016   0

A WOMAN who makes a living by running her dog grooming business in Evesham has pledged to help a dogs charity in the run up to Christmas.

Camilla Ainsworth who owns and runs Tuff Mutts and Powderpuffs in Greenhill is donating 10 per cent of all her grooms throughout December to Dogs Trust Evesham.

Camilla has been volunteering her grooming services to Dogs Trust for the past year and is encouraging all of her clients who book in for a pamper or a pawdicure for their own Mr or Mrs Woofles to bring along any spare food, bedding or toys which she

will take along to the Trust in time for Christmas.

Donated funds will help towards the charity’s work finding unwanted or abandoned dogs new homes.

Whilst volunteering Camilla has been touched and humbled by the work of the Trust and would now like to give something back while encouraging her clients to get involved as well.

Sarah Fortey, volunteer co-ordinator at Dogs Trust Evesham said: “Camilla is a huge dog lover and dedicated volunteer so we were delighted to welcome her to the Rehoming Centre to make our dogs look their very best in order to help them find their forever homes.”

The Tuff Mutts & Powderpuffs Charity Groom Fest started on Monday (December 1) and will run until Christmas Day. To book call Camilla on 07880320070 or email [email protected].
