A PERSHORE man has been sentenced to 20 weeks in prison for shoplifting.
David Gubbins, 45, of Upton Snodsbury Road, Pinvin had been charged with a total of ten offences.
Gubbins’ indictment included eight counts of theft from a store, one count of vehicle interference, one count of failing to attend a drugs appointment and one count of attempted criminal damage.
The suspect appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Thursday, October 24), where he was handed his 20 week sentence.
Gubbins’ attempted criminal damage charge was dropped.
