A NEW charity shop to raise cash towards a revamp of Pershore’s Number 8 Arts Centre foyer is set to open its doors.
Just After 8 will be based at 23 Broad Street and will be opening its doors next Thursday (November 24) at 9.30am, and every Thursday to Saturday thereafter, offering residents a new place to buy second hand furniture, bric-a-brac, jewellery, ornaments, books, DVDs and CDs.
The shop, which will be staffed solely by volunteers, will also be offering space to local crafts people to sell their work and creations.
All the money raised from the shop has been earmarked to go towards the refurbishment of Number 8’s foyer, box office and coffee bar which is all planned for summer 2017.
