THE STORY behind the distinctive recently-installed stained glass windows in the town’s Cemetery Chapel will be highlighted at Pershore Heritage and History Society’s July meeting.
Commemorating the local fallen in two world wars as well as depicting well- known Pershore scenes and landmark, the windows will feature in a talk by society member Roy Albutt entitled ‘Light and Colour – Our History in Stained Glass’ at Wulstan Hall on Priest Lane on Thursday (July 4) from 7.30pm.
Admission for non-members is £2.50.
