NEW HOMES provider Bromford is encouraging Worcestershire property seekers to enquire about its shared ownership homes in Evesham, where homebuyers can benefit from a £500 offer.
Bromford Shared Ownership gives first-time buyers and those who do not currently own a property the opportunity to secure a new build home.
Homebuyers pay a mortgage on the share they own, and pay rent on the remaining share, meaning only a smaller deposit is required.
Then, when the time is right, the homeowners can purchase more shares through a process called staircasing, gradually increasing the ownership of the home.
Across the development, Bromford is allowing homebuyers who reserve a brand-new home by Saturday, September 30 to benefit from a £500 ‘build your own’ offer, with the new homes provider putting the funds towards white goods, legal fees, furniture or the cost of their home.
Catherine Jarrett, Director of Sales and Marketing at Bromford, said: “We at Bromford are very excited to be releasing this new development and have been very pleased with our collaboration with Bloor Homes.
“We expect the high-quality homes at this development to be very popular, so we would highly encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch right away to avoid missing out on a great home.”
