New classes for Vale mums to be

Evesham Editorial 6th Jan, 2015 Updated: 20th Oct, 2016   0

VALE mums to be are being invited to relax, stretch and breathe at a new class being offered by a popular parenting charity.

Local antenatal teacher Lynn Ratcliffe is starting a new National Childbirth Trust (NCT) Relax, Stretch and Breathe class on Friday (January 9) from 9.30am to 11am.

The gentle yoga-based exercise classes are suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks until their baby is born.

Yoga can help to relieve anxiety and discomforts in pregnancy, as well as giving mums skills and confidence for labour and birth.

Mums to be are invited to drop into the classes which cost £8.50 per session, although some mums may be eligible for discounts.

The sessions will be held at the new Health Hub and Play Cafe at 87 High Street, Evesham above the Post Office.
