Music lovers and bookworms sought as Evesham's Oxfam turns the page

Evesham Editorial 22nd Jun, 2022   0

A PLEA for music and book lovers to donate their time and any unwanted books, CDs and vinyl has been made as an Evesham charity shop changes the way it does business.

Oxfam Evesham will move from a standard basic charity retail shop to a specialist books and music store. All its clothing, accessories, linen and toys will be on sale until stocks run dry.

In their place there will be lots of music, more of a selection of vinyl/sheet music in addition to CDs/DVDs.

A much wider selection of books – collectibles, fiction, crime, history, literature, travel, self-help, and plays will also be on offer

In anticipation of this change, staff are looking for book and music lovers to donate their time.

Anyone interested in these specialist subjects is asked to get in touch. Also, if anyone has good quality books or music to donate, these will be greatly appreciated.
