CHAINS of office provided an additional sparkle as the Mayor of Evesham held her Christmas dinner at the town’s Northwick Hotel.
Coun Sue Amor’s festive feast saw her welcome the chairman of Worcestershire County Council Coun Steve Mackay and Wychavon District Council chair Coun Robert Raphael.
Mayor of Pershore Coun Julian Palfrey lent his support as did the first citizens of both Droitwich and Stourport-on-Severn, Coun William Moy and Coun Danny Russell.
After enjoying a tasty Christmas meal, the dignitaries and their guests danced the night away with many adding both colour and glamour to the event.
