A DRIVER was treated for minor injuries after his car hit a lamppost in Hampton this afternoon (Monday).
Paramedics were called to Pershore Road close to St Andrews Church at 2.10pm after the car hit the lamppost.
An ambulance and paramedic officer were in attendance as was the Midlands Air Ambulance.
After being treated at the scene, the man was discharged.
The road is now open after a brief closure to allow the emergency services to attend the scene
