Man left with serious head injuries following assault in Evesham

THREE men have been arrested following an assault in Evesham which left a 25-year-old man with serious head injuries.

The incident took place on Avon Street, outside the Ambassador Snooker Club, at about 3am last Saturday (March 19).

Police believe an altercation took place which led to the 25-year-old victim being assaulted. He was left with head injuries which required hospital treatment.

Two men aged 21 and 26, both from Evesham, have since been arrested in connection with the offence and are currently on bail until Saturday, April 23.

A 22-year-old man has also been arrested in connection with the offence and is on bail until Wednesday, April 13.

Officers would now like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the offence, or anyone who have any information and are urged to call the police on 101, quoting incident 101S.
