A MAN has been charged over the theft of a car in the Broadway area yesterday morning (Thursday July 3).
Colea Niculescu, 46 of Bishopcote Road, Luton, has been charged with theft of motor vehicle, using a motor vehicle on a road without third party insurance and driving while disqualified.
Niculescu was arrested yesterday and was due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court today (Friday July 4).
A second man, aged 46, was arrested on suspicion of theft of motor vehicle and released on police bail.
