AN EVESHAM man has been banned from a street in the town after reports of anti-social behaviour.
Michael Brandon has been issued with a Community Protection Notice for the next 12 months, according to Evesham’s Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT).
Under the terms of the notice, Mr Brandon is forbidden from attending any address on Damson Driver without the ‘express interest’ of the resident who resides there.
He must not ‘act in a manner that causes a nuisance to any resident of Damson Drive or anyone else going about their legal business at the same location’.
Anyone with further concerns is asked to report them to the police.
“We can then start the process to apply to the Magistrates Court for a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) to be imposed,” an SNT spokesperson said.
