ORGANISERS of the new Pershore Broad Street Market are calling on traders to secure their spot for the upcoming summer launch.
The market is particularly keen to see sellers of local fresh produce including fruit and vegetables and locally made produce including drinks, preserves and more from within 10 miles of Pershore.
Traders can secure a spot for the first market taking place on Sunday, June 2 from 10am to 2pm.
Pershore Broad Street Market is being sponsored by the region’s Pershore Placeboard thanks to funding from Wychavon District Council. Pershore Events and Festivals Association (PEFA) will facilitate the market.
A spokesperson for the market said: “Thank you to all who have applied and expressed an interest so far.
“We are keen to get a good balance of stallholders to make sure the market has lots of interesting variety.”
Following the launch on June 2, the market is expected to be held on the first Sunday of every month on Broad Street.
