Kirsty in running to be best bridesmaid

Rob George 11th Mar, 2018

A DEVOTED Evesham sister has reached the final of a nationwide competition to find Britain’s best bridesmaids.

Kirsty Pinchin is one of just two finalists from the Midlands in Red7’s competition to honour the most dedicated right-hand women.

The hen, stag and group travel company were inundated with thousands of nominations from brides in admiration of their loyal friends after launching a search.

The winning bridesmaid will be chosen from 14 UK finalists to receive an incredible prize – a cruise for two to Bruges and Amsterdam.

Bride Kerry Lee nominated her little sister Kirsty for providing incredible emotional support and taking the stress out of wedding planning.

Kerry serves in the Royal Navy and found the details of planning her big day to be miles away from the regimented life she knows.

“I’m not a natural girlie girl, Kirsty was ready and able to step in each time I felt the pressure,” Kerry said.

Kerry’s big day was all the more important because her husband was deployed to America just two weeks later.

Kirsty made sure the hardworking couple had the day they truly deserved and afterwards was Kerry’s rock as she faced newlywed life without her man by her side.

The special day went off without a hitch and the speeches offered the perfect opportunity for brilliant bridesmaid Kirsty to employ her sense of humour.

As the groomsmen gave their speeches each bridesmaid took it in turns to crash the speech and take hold of the mic.

The sisters share a sparkling sense of humour as, for Kerry, this was a highlight of the day.

Whilst every bride and wedding is unique, no wedding squad can be complete without an impeccable bridesmaid.

With a second royal wedding around the corner, and luxe Instagram trends for inspiration, it has never been more important to select the ultimate #TeamBride.

The winning bridesmaid will be revealed in April.
