EVESHAM-BASED Jet Plant Hire has been recognised as one of The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’, in the medium organisation category.
A nationwide survey published at the end of May in partnership with WorkL, celebrated more than 500 of the UK’s top employers across all sectors and sizes.
The list recognised organisations that excel in creating outstanding workplaces for women, LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and those offering exceptional wellbeing support.
Jet, a leading player in the highways and construction industry has been acknowledged for having consistently high levels of employee experience and wellbeing.
The Sunday Times also praised Jet for having its own training school, offering perks including gym membership, regular social gatherings and a paid volunteer day.
Company bosses state that Jet is committed to fostering a positive and professional workplace culture, which is reflected in its employee retention rate, with an average service length of 8.6 years.
It is also a proud supporter of raising mental health awareness, with eight team members receiving mental health first aider training.
