IT could be you! Or one of your neighbours!
The owner of a £51,678 winning lottery ticket bought in the Wychavon area is being sought to claim their prize.
National Lottery chiefs are hunting for the owner of the ticket purchased locally in September and which matched five numbers and the bonus ball on September 17.
The winning Lotto numbers on that date were 9, 19, 22, 34, 41, 46 and the bonus ball was 6 and the winner has until March 16 to come forward and make their claim.
If no-one comes forward with the winning ticket before the prize claim deadline, then the prize money, plus all the interest it has generated, will go to help National Lottery-funded projects across the UK.
A National Lottery spokesperson said: “We’re desperate to find this missing ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings – this really could be the best way to celebrate Valentine’s Day and show your partner how special they really are.”
“We have the champagne on ice and a dozen red roses at hand, as well as our fingers crossed, that the lucky winner comes forward to claim their win.”
Anyone who believes they have the winning ticket for any of the National Lottery draws within the 180-day deadline should call the National Lottery Line on 0845 910 0000.
