VALE residents are being invited to an ‘Afternoon of Music’ by the acclaimed Bretforton Silver Band.
Being joined by internationally renowned pianist, Marcel Zidani, the band will play at Pershore Abbey on Saturday, November 26 to help raise funds in support of Pershore Midsummer Brass 2017.
The afternoon will also include refreshments and a raffle with prizes donated by local businesses.
John West, chairman of the organising committee for Pershore Midsummer Brass, said: “We’re really looking forward to this concert. All the musicians involved are top quality, so it’ll be a real treat for the audience.
“All funds from ticket sales will go straight into making sure Pershore Midsummer Brass continues to be a fantastic event.”
The concert starts at 2.30pm and costs £10 for adults and is free for children under 16.
