A HOODED man threw a large concrete capping stone at the windscreen of a car causing it to smash.
The incident happened at about 11.05pm on Thursday, June 22 in Bredon Hill View, Evesham.
A witness saw a male wearing a black jacket with a grey hood which was up, run off following the incident.
The man is believed to be in his mid twenties.
