A BMW which was stolen from Cheltenham has been recovered from Evesham.
The high performance car was taken from a property in Prestbury around 2.40am yesterday (Thursday, July 18).
The vehicle was spotted by Gloucestershire Police heading towards Evesham and it was then found abandoned in the town.
A car linked to the burglary was found at a caravan park in Evesham and officers arrested a 27-year-old man on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle.
The man remained in police custody last night and officers said enquiries were continuing.
