A FURTHER drop in service for Pershore residents to seek help with money and other issues will be launched in new year.

South Worcestershire Citizens Advice is preparing to unveil its new offering on alternate Fridays at Pershore Foodbank at St Andrews Church on Church Walk.

The new service will run in addition to the current service being held at the town’s library every Tuesday.

Sessions will run between 1pm and 3pm on January 5 and January 19, February 2 and February 16 and March 2 and March 16.

Richard West, Advice Services Manager, said: “Anyone living in the town can call in to the foodbank to see us for help with a wide range of issues ranging from money advice and budgeting to welfare rights, housing, employment issues and consumer problems and much more.

“Our client’s benefit from trained, impartial, non-judgemental advisors who will help them to find the best ways to manage their problems or who can simply provide accurate and timely information on a wide range of topics at no cost to the user.
