Health watchdog wants your COVID-19 views

HEALTHWATCH Worcestershire is calling for local residents to share their views of the coronavirus outbreak.

The health watchdog has launched a survey to gather feedback about information available in relation to Covid-19 and experiences of accessing local health and social care services at this time.

Chairman, Peter Pinfield said: “NHS and social care staff are doing everything they can to keep us safe during this crisis.

“With these essential services facing unprecedented challenges, it is vital that we get your views on what is working well, any issues you’ve comer across and further information needed by the public.

“You can help services understand the issues that are affecting care for you and your loved ones by telling us.

“It’s our job to listen to people’s experiences, sharing your views with those who can do something about it.

“Your feedback really could help services to save lives.”

The survey can be completed online via Healthwatch Worcestershire’s website – www.healthwatchworcestershire.co.uk/covid-19-survey/ or via their social media pages.

Residents can also contact them directly for paper copies of the survey, or to share any experience of local health and social care services by emailing: [email protected] or calling 01386 550264.
