THE NEXT lucky winners of Evesham’s thriving Our Heritage loyalty card scheme were revealed with a prize draw in the heart of the town centre.

Launched during the summer, Our Heritage has won the support of a large swathe of Evesham’s hard-working independent retailers and loyal shoppers.

All the completed cards dropped off at Evesham Library, the Almonry, ImaGine and Bonk were collected for the draw at D’Capelli Hairdressers on October 10.

Vale resident Lou Bugg was the lucky winner of the £25 first prize and unique Gold ‘Ow Bist’ while Sylvia Terry won one of the runners up prizes of a voucher from D’Capelli Hairdressers

Heather Bryce was also successful and won a voucher from Amber Locks locksmith.

Our Heritage was set up by members of the Real Evesham group, made up of traders who vowed to bounce back from the Abbey Bridge closure and breathe new life into the town.

Kim Dunn, chairman of Real Evesham: “There were in excess of 60 cards this month, which is a fantastic amount, and shows the amazing support the scheme is generating.

“Having put so much time and effort into this, it’s great to see it working.” she added.

The draw takes place at a different shop each month meaning a local business can also be showcased as part of the prize draw.

“Meeting Gina and the girls Jess and Chloe was a pleasure, Gina has run D’Capelli for 32 years and is one of the longest running hairdressers in Evesham.” Kim said.

“Gina runs her own reward card with free treatments and vouchers for her customers and was pleased to get involved with the scheme.”
