A PAIR of Pershore High School students put their best foot forward for a seven mile walk to school to raise cash for the British Heart Foundation.
Hannah Moody and Laura Cole pulled on their walking shoes for the challenge and have raised an impressive £400 with donations still coming in for the charity.
“We decided to walk to school for the British Heart Foundation. It is a seven mile walk and it took us two and half hours to complete,” they said.
“We left home at 5:30am so we could be at school on time to complete lessons as normal”.
Headteacher Phil Hanson was on hand to meet Hannah and Laura as they arrived and congratulated them on their achievement.
