AN EVESHAM fund-raising family hit the jackpot for a hospital where their daughter is being treated for a life limiting heart condition.
Bryan and Mandy Edwards of Badsey Lane of Cosy Hearts Crafts held their fifth annual Charity Craft Fair in aid of Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
The event brought a multitude of local crafters togther selling their wares to the public at Leedons Park, Childswickham.
The event raised a total of £1,588 for the hospital.
Organiser Mandy, said: “I was bowled over by the response we had. I am so grateful to Leedons Hall and all my helpers and customers to raise this magnificent total”
“My daughter, Bethan, 14, has a rare life-limiting heart condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome which means that she only has half a heart. The hospital provides on-going care for Beth.
