LANDLORDS are being given the opportunity to receive advice on a range of topics relating to the private rented sector at a free forum.
The annual Wychavon Landlord Forum will take place at the Civic Centre in Pershore from 6pm to 8pm on March 24.
This year’s event will introduce landlords to some of the benefits that Wychmove, Wychavon District Council’s social lettings service, can provide.
Guest speakers include the National Landlords Association, Act on Energy and local lettings agencies, Avon Estates and Johnsons Property Consultants.
Wychavon’s officers and a number of special guests will also share their expertise on mortgage products, and deliver information on empty homes, the private rented sector and more.
Landlords will also get the chance to take part in a Q&A session at the end of the event.
Coun Christopher Day, portfolio holder for Housing, Health and Wellbeing at Wychavon, said: “This event provides a valuable insight into the housing sector and is a great opportunity to meet the team behind Wychmove.
“Landlord the chance to find out more about the advice and support on offer, as well as enjoy a number of informative talks from local experts.”
