ANGLERS illegally fishing on the River Avon near Evesham have been reported by the Envrionment Agency’s Fisheries Enforcement Team.
Officers have been patrolling the riverbank alongside the Angling Trust’s volunteer bailiffs in a clampdown on those fishing without a licence.
While the anglers pictured had rod licences, four others were reported and the Environment Agency has urged anglers to ensure they have a licence.
