AN EVENING of achievement and honours was also held at Evesham High School and saw the school welcome back a former head boy.

Current Mayor of Evesham Coun Charlie Homer went back to his educational roots for the awards ceremony where he was also guest speaker.

Coun Homer entertained students, staff and parents with an inspiring speech which encouraged students receiving awards and the other guests to make the most of the opportunities and always believe they could achieve.

Excellent academic achievement, outstanding progress and commitment to the community were all celebrated through awards to Year 13 and Year 11 students who have just completed their courses at GCSE, A Level and Btech.




Up and coming stars in years 9, 10 and 12 were also honoured during the evening which also saw musical peformances added to a packed celebration of talent.
