THE family of a 19-year-old man from Evesham who died in a crash on the A46 have paid tribute to him.

Nathias Bailey, who was known as Nat, sadly died in a two-vehicle collision on the Evesham Bypass on Saturday (December 3).

His family have described him as “adorable, mischievous with a twinkle in his eye and easy-going.”

Nat was a keen rugby player, having played for the Royal Grammar School and Evesham Colts and Seniors as a prop.

He was also a member of the Second Evesham Bengeworth Scout Group, and in his spare time he enjoyed skiing, shooting and listening to 60’s music.

He had previously attended Fladbury First School and the Royal Grammar School in Worcester, and was working at the Crown and Trumpet in Broadway. He had also worked at the National Trust at Hidcote Gardens over the summer, which he was said to have loved.

Nat leaves behind his Mum, Dad and older brother, as well as a large and loving family which includes ten cousins.

His family have asked that their privacy is respected at this difficult time.

West Mercia Police are continuing to appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision, or who saw either vehicle in the moments before the incident, to come forward.

Anyone with information is urged to call PC Paul Bosley on 101, quoting incident number 0465S of Saturday, 3December 3.
