A WOMAN walking her dog in Evesham has been injured following a dog attack.
The incident happened at around 3pm on Thursday, February 19 when the victim was walking her dog on the footpath between Charity Brook Park and Honeysuckle Close.
A man who is described as white and wearing a black hoodie was walking a large brown pitbull-type breed which broke free from its owner and attacked the victim’s dog.
The woman subsequently sustained injuries trying to separate two animals.
Officers investigating would like to hear from anyone who has information that would help identify the owner of the brown dog and from anyone who may have captured them on CCTV or doorbell footage prior or during the attack.
