EVESHAM-BASED Johnsons Property Consultants has announced the acquisition of the long-established estate agency Nigel Poole & Partners.
The move ensures the continuation of the well-respected Pershore agency, with the business retaining its existing name, office and experienced team.
Over recent years, Johnsons Property Consultants under the leadership of Tom Tarver has established a strong reputation across the Vale of Evesham for its residential sales, lettings and property management services, combining traditional local expertise with a modern, customer-focused approach.
The multi-award-winning consultancy has received several accolades recognising its exceptional customer service standards, including honours from the British Property Awards, where the firm has been recognised amongst the best estate agents in the West Midlands.
Nigel Poole explained that finding the right successor for the business was extremely important. “Johnsons have an excellent reputation and deep roots in the community, and I am delighted that the agency will continue under Tom’s leadership,” he said.
