A MAN from Evesham has been handed a criminal behaviour order (CBO) preventing him from contacting the emergency services unnecessarily.
Dane Whitmore, 40, of Malin Mews, Evesham was given the CBO by Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Friday, August 9.
The order specifies Whitmore is ‘not to contact the emergency services save for a genuine purpose or emergency’ and lasts for two years – ending on August 9, 2026.
