A MOBILE fish and chip operator from Evesham has been announced as a finalist at the UK Festival Awards and Conference 2016.
StarChip Enterprise will compete for the Concession of the Year Award at a glitzy wards ceremony to be held in London on Monday (November 28).
The Evesham firm is the first caterer in the West Midlands to have reached the final for one of the top awards in the festival industry.
Owner Jeff Warren said: “It’s fantastic news that our hard work in consistency, product and service has been nationally recognized again, this time by the UK Festival Awards. Another first for Worcestershire and as a team we are obviously doing something right, it shows our passion and hard work have paid off once again.”
