POLICE chiefs have slammed a driver who reversed up the northbound slip road of the M5 at junction 7.
Members of West Mercia Police’s Operations Patrol Unit revealed the driver used the wrong entrance and needed the southbound slip road.
Despite their error, the driver thought it was suitable to reverse up the slip road, contrary to the Highway Code.
The individual has been reported and can expect three penalty points on his licence.
