A BROADWAY hotel has been crowned the best hotel in England at a prestigious awards ceremony.
The Dormy House Hotel scooped AA Hotel of the Year 2014/15 at the awards at Grosvenor House in London which were hosted by TV presenter Fiona Bruce on Monday night (September 22).
The top honour comes just a year after the hotel’s bold £10million refurbishment last year which featured new interior design and a luxury house spa.
Dormy House chief executive Andrew Grahame said: “Winning Hotel of the Year for England in the AA Hospitality Awards so soon after opening the new hotel and spa is a dream come true.
“AA Hotel of the Year is one of the UK’s most prestigious hospitality awards and we were thrilled even to reach the final shortlist, let alone be given the title.”
