A DISQUALIFIED driver who crashed into a house whilst over twice the drink drive limit has been jailed for 14 months.
Kyle Piper, 37, of Clearwell Gardens, Cheltenham, pled guilty to charges of dangerous driving, driving while disqualified and driving whilst over the prescribed limit of alcohol.
Worcester Crown Court heard how the incident took place on May 5, 2022 in Beckford in south Worcestershire.
Piper has also been banned from driving for three years after which he will be required to take an extended retest.
“Thankfully nobody else was injured as a result of Pipers’ actions.” said a West Mercia Police spokesperson.
