AN ANNUAL craft fair in aid of Birmingham Children’s Hospital raised a staggering £1,650.25 on a packed day of events
Cosy Hearts Crafts held the event at Leedons Park in Broadway on November 16 and welcomed a collection of different crafters displaying their wares, including wood products, hand knitted toys, cosmetics, jewellery and Christmas cards.
Organiser Mandy Edwards said: “We owe the fantastic success of the event to Allens Caravans for the use of the hall at Leedons Park, Childswickham and the generous raffle prizes donated from local businesses”
“We would like to thank everybody who came along to the event. Together with other fund-raising from craft events and the sale of pumpkins, Cosy Heart Crafts are on target to handover a cheque for more than £1,800 to the hospital in the new year.”
