Cow and goose left injured after being shot with an air rifle

A COW and a goose have been injured after an air rifle was used to shoot pellets at the animals.

It’s believed the incident happened sometime between 8pm on Thursday, February 9 and 6am on Friday, February 10 on Cleeve Road, Middle Littleton.

The cow was left with several pellet holes in one of its ears and the goose had a pellet removed.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information is urged to call West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident number 0120S.
