POLICE believe a fire at a commercial property on Worcester Road may have been started deliberately.

The blaze was started sometime between 9am and midnight on Saturday (October 22) and no one was in the building at the time or injured in the incident.

Two men, wearing dark hooded tops with the hoods worn up, were seen leaving the area by a witness.

Police would now like to speak to anyone who may have information or seen any suspicious activity between the Tesco and Chadbury Island area which could help with their investigation.

Anyone who may have seen anything is urged to call police on 101, quoting incident number 811s of 22 October.

Alternatively, information can also be passed on anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or their website.
