ASPIRING higher education students are being invited to an open day at Pershore College to discover more about its school leaver courses, apprenticeships and degree programmes.
The college will be opening its doors on Saturday (November 24) from 10am to 1pm.
Visitors will be able to take a peek around the college, speak to staff and talk to current students in order to get the advice and guidance needed to decide which course or apprenticeship is right for the
Founded in 1954, Pershore College has a long history as a m.ntre of horticultural excellence and is a regional hub approved by the Royal Horticultural Society. It also has a specialist animal centre which offers a range of courses in animal welfare and veterinary nursing from Level 1 right through to honours degree.
Pershore College’s plant nursery will also hold a sale of trees, hedging and plants from 9am to 4pm.
