AN EVESHAM business is seeing in the New Year with a charity grand draw featuring designer bags and designer sunglasses among the prizes
Osbornes of Evesham, the opticians in Swan Lane are selling tickets with the draw scheduled to take place on January 6.
There is limited time to purchase tickets which are £1 each or £5 per book. Proceeds will go towards The Tracy Sollis Leukaemia Trust
Founder of the charity Sue Sollis BEM said: “I am delighted to have the support of Osbornes. It is hoped to raise significant funds which will be of enormous benefit towards those suffering from leukaemia.
“We are currently purchasing vein finders for local hospitals and GP surgeries, providing complementary therapy on the haematology ward at Worcestershire Royal Hospital, awarding grants to help leukaemia patients suffering financial hardship and also assisting with a blood related research project.”
