Caring Autumn losing her locks for good cause

A CARING Evesham youngster will be donating her flowing locks to a charity which provides wigs for children with cancer who lose their own hair.

Five-year-old Autumn Edkins will be having her 10-inch locks cut at Crazy Hair in Evesham tomorrow (Saturday) as part of the donation to the Little Princess Trust. The loving youngster was inspired by one of her friends and has been determined to help the charity which supports children across the UK.

Proud mum Dianne told the Observer: “Autumn wants to make other children smile and feel better. Although she is donating her hair to the Little Princess Trust, it will still cost a lot of money to turn hair into wigs so to raise some money would be great too.

“We are so proud of her. This is such a lovely thing to do and it’s all her own idea.”
