STAFF and residents of an Evesham care home are celebrating after it was chosen as one of the top 20 care homes in the West Midlands.
Cavendish Park Care Home has been chosen by residents and their families to receive an award from the UK’s leading reviews guide to care homes, carehome.co.uk.
The award is based on reviews of the care home written by their residents, as well as their friends and relatives.
Mel Hoskins, registered manager of Cavendish Park Care Home, said her team were thrilled to be honoured for the third year running.
“With a dedicated nursing team, the home has created a well-established reputation in the local community, supporting local charities and organisations and working closely with schools, churches and local centres,” she said.
“Despite opening just before the pandemic, the home is now full and thriving and a huge part of the community.”
