A FATHER who lost his son in the IRA bombing of Warrington will be the guest of honour at Pershore High School’s annual presentation evening.
Colin Parry OBE will take to the stage at the event on Thursday (June 26) from 7pm which will also include a review of the past academic year.
Colin is chairman and co-founder of the Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Foundation for Peace which was established after his 12-year-old son Tim was killed by the IRA.
Tim and Johnathan Ball were killed when when two small bombs exploded in litter bins outside shops and businesses on Bridge Street in the town in March 1993.
