A BREAKFAST club is being launched in Evesham for former and serving service men and women.

The first of many Breakfast Club events at the Ambassador Club on Avon Street will begin on Saturday, September 9 which has been organised with the Royal British Legion.

Organisers of the club hope to bring together all service veterans of all nationalities, as well as current servicemen and women, their families and anyone who has an association with the Armed Forces.

The first event starts at 10am at the Ambassador Club’s function room where there will be unlimited tea, coffee and other refreshments served. There will also be a buffet style full English breakfast served from 10.30am.

The Ambassador Club has also offered free use of the jukebox and of the skittle alley.

Calvin Barnett, Breakfast Club organiser, said: “Please come and join us for good conversation, good company and good food.”
