THE WONDERFULLY wacky world of eccentric dog lovers and Christmas came together for The Valley’s Christmas Dog Parade in aid of Evesham Greyhound and Lurcher Rescue.
Hundreds of people dressed themselves and their dogs in festive outfits to join the parade which started outside Regatta.
Poodles dressed as elves, snowmen Bichon Frises, Labradoodle angels and even a Santa Claus Pug came along in his custom made sledge.
Fiona Spear, senior marketing manager at The Valley, said: “We were overwhelmed by the turnout and the effort people went to. It created a great festive atmosphere and showed the very best side of the good old British humour.
