A MAN in his 70s has died following a collision on the A46 Cheltenham Road at Hinton-on-the-Green last night (Thursday).
Officers were called at 5.56pm to the scene of a collision between a road sweeper lorry and a black BMW.
The A46 was closed while emergency services, including the air ambulance attended the incident. A 71-year-old man driving one of the vehicles died. His next of kin have been informed.
The road was closed for several hours for investigations and was re-opened at 1.30am this morning (Friday).
