POLICE have appealed for witnesses to a robbery in Evesham.
The robbery happened around 11pm yesterday at Tesco Express on Cheltenham Road.
A man wearing a balaclava and red or orange gloves approached the till and threatened staff with a knife.
The man left the shop with money from the till and tobacco and ran down Cheltenham Road towards Evesham.
No one was injured, although staff were left shaken from the incident.
Officers have received CCTV of someone who was in the area at the time of the incident.
They are keen to speak to the person seen in the picture to help with their enquiries.
