The museum will ringing to the sounds of Gloriana and Musyck Anon tomorrow for a packed day of music and dance from centuries ago.

It will be the first time Gloriana, a West Midlands based group who specialise in music and dance from the late medieval to late Stuart periods, will be performing at the Almonry.

From midday there will be three performances from the group and visitors will also get the chance to join in with the medieval dancing.

Then tomorrow evening from 7.30pm Musyck Anon will be performing an intimate concert in the Almonry Lecture Hall. Musyck Anon will be singing a variety of songs including ‘Sumer is icumin in’ and ‘Now O now our needs must part.’

Tickets for the concert cost £5 and are available from the Almonry.
